The main structure of the XLDJ series sieve free vertical crusher is a new type of milling equipment developed through repeated trial production, which combines the advantages of a vortex wheel crusher. It consists of a main engine, a screw feeder, a fan, a pipeline, a cyclone collector, and a dust collector. This product uses imported bearings, and the rotor components have been tested by a dynamic balancing machine, resulting in significantly better product quality than other similar products.
It uses a spiral feeder to feed materials into the inner chamber of the grading cylinder, where they are tightly rubbed and strongly impacted by high-speed airflow before entering between the rotor and grinding disc of the mill. The material is crushed during high-speed rotation, and the crushed material enters the grading chamber along the outer side of the inner chamber of the grading cylinder with the rising airflow. The required fine material is drawn out of the cylinder and enters the cyclone collector by controlling the speed of the airflow. Materials that do not meet the fineness requirements automatically enter the inner chamber for re grinding. It has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, simple installation, small volume, high efficiency, low noise, no pollution, and can cool thermosensitive materials with water. It is currently an ideal equipment for powder processing.
